Xiaomi 13 is powered by 3.2Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It comes in 8GB / 12GB RAM variant with 256 GB options of inbuilt storage capacity.

From the Camera side, Xiaomi 13 sports a quad camera setup offering 50-megapixel Hyper OIS primary camera with f/1.8 aperture size and 12-megapixel ultra wide camera with f/2.2 aperture plus 10-megapixel Telephoto camera with f/2.0 aperture size. Xiaomi 13 also supports 8K & 4k resolution video recording with digital zoom.

As far as the front camera is concerned, it sports a 32-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.
