Xiaomi 13 Ultra is powered by 3.19Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It comes in 12GB RAM variant with 512 GB options of inbuilt storage capacity.

From the Camera side, Xiaomi 13 Ultra sports a quad camera setup offering 50-megapixel Hyper OIS primary camera with f/1.9 aperture size and 50-megapixel ultra wide camera with f/1.8 aperture alongwith 50-50megapixel Telephoto lens and supertelephoto lens. Xiaomi 13 Ultra also supports 8K & 4k resolution video recording with digital zoom.

As far as the front camera is concerned, it sports a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
